It seems that the girls are starting to get a little sick of each other. No worries because tonight was a double elimination so two models are headed home. Between blind runway competitions and using only their eyes for their photo shoot, the models were definitely challenged tonight. Clark and a few other girls in the house banded together to say that they hoped Isis would be the one to get eliminated. Hannah felt fed up with the way that Analeigh and Marjorie stressed about their chances of getting eliminated.
The Blind Runway Competition
The girls met up with Miss J . at a bowling alley, who was ready with pairs of modified bowling shoes. One by one, each model makes the alley their runway, showing off how well they canwalk in heels on a slippery floor. Miss J. criticized Samantha for her bow legs and even bowled a ball through her legs as she stood still at the end of the alley!
The girls were excited to learn that tonight would be their first runway challenge, walking for Jeremy Scott. However, they were hit with two pieces of shocking news. First, they’d be walking blindfolded and second, one of them would be eliminated right after the runway show. Joslyn won the challenge and for her prize, she gets to do a Seventeen photo shoot wearing clothes designed by Kira Plastenina. She chooses two friends to come along, bringing Isis and Sheena. Hannah is eliminated because Mr. Jay says he can’t keep a model in the competition that doesn’t have a strong walk.
Smile With Your Eyes Photo Shoot
The models literally had to do “smile with your eyes”. With Nigel Barker shooting them, the girls had to climb into a pool and only show their face from the middle of the nose up. Clark came alive and won the photo challenge, with her picture being displayed in the Top Model house as digital art for the next week. Other standout performances came from Analeigh and Lauren Brie. Isis and Samantha were left in the bottom two. Isis was there because she has gotten sleepier with each passing week and Samantha is there for offending Jeremy Scott by lifting up her dress on the runway. Tyra gives Samantha another shot but says goodbye to Isis.

Clark as her photo does look like it could be easily put into an ad right now. The best so far.

Lauren Brie’s body movement is great and her eyes have good intensity. It’s not as good of a photo as it could be (her nose is at an awkward point in the water, which bit of nostril showing makes her look a little less gorgeous than she is) and, by no fault of her own, the makeup is too pasty-white and off-balance which makes her appear asymmetrical. But she has strong presence in front of the camera and it carries the photo.

Samantha also managed great body language; I think her youthful physical exuberance is good, even if it got her into trouble on the runway.

I liked Analeigh’s experimentation with her body language, but her eyes didn’t have the intensity and this particular pose makes her look foreshortened.

Elina doesn’t seem to be as strong as before. She started to give excuses. This makes me sad.

McKey has a nice face feature but struggle in her photo shot too.

Sheena is ho-hum. Being the earliest girl in the photo shot seem doesn’t put any problem on her. But I would love if her shoot is front face rather than side ways.

Joslyn’s just doesn’t look like anything in particular.

Marjorie’s photo is interesting, but more Gollum than I care for. She’s dead with only half face shoot. She sure need the full shoot to make her photo’s marvelous.

Kudos to Isis for being brave enough to attempt the competition. I hope she finds a way to become the person she wants to be and can continue to model. But it was time for her to head home from this cycle of America’s Next Top Model, and this sleepy photo shows why. But if there’s no double elimination, I’m pretty sure that Hannah is the only girl leaving the competition tonight. Sorry to Isis.

I am SO glad that Hannah is gone!!!! She is so dumb… sorry Abang Brother… I really dont like her… But I am sad that Isis was eliminated… she is good!!!
